Login Consulting is a search consultant for the IT industry working with a variety of clients including Northrop Grumman, Pratt Whitney, JD Powers, Universal Studios, Earthlink, Yahoo!, Toyota, Nissan, Southern California Edison, DirecTV, Amgen, Wellpoint among others. Our positions include contract, contract-to-hire and permanent placement. We offer corp-to-corp and some clients accept H1visas and greencard holders.

SENIOR ORACLE PROGRAMMER ANALYST

Location: Santa Clarita, CA
This position is a contract-to-hire position with one of the largest vacation companies in the world.
Duties:
Candidate will be responsible for the development and support of financial and purchasing systems. Specific duties will include:
* Formulate and define applications/work unit scope and objectives: determine system solutions to meet business goals.
* Monitor and report on project status: identify and anticipate inhibiting meeting project goals: propose and implement approved corrective actions.
* Prepare detailed specifications from which programs are written
* Code, test, debug, and document programs
* Apply knowledge of financial table structures and relationships
* Provide technical assistance fro department staff and users
* Assist in developing training materials: provide user and departmental training.
Required:
* Bachelor's degree
* 7 years of experience in applications programming in Oracle Financials
* Minimum of 5 years experience with Oracle Development Product Suite
* Strong Unix scripting skills
* Strong written/oral communications skills with staff/ management and customers
* Ability to meet deadlines and while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail and to work in a team environment
Tools: PL/SQL, Oracle, Oracle Financials, Unix scripting
Pay range: depending on experience
Candidates MUST be eligible to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
NOTE: Our client will consider out-of-state candidates; candidates must be willing to pay own relocation costs.
